I built Áurea Equity around a single conviction: technology should sharpen judgment, not replace it. As an AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist and a licensed real estate professional, I spent years watching two worlds run on separate tracks, the discipline of institutional underwriting and the speed of modern intelligence, and I knew the firms that married them would define the next decade of real estate.
Before Áurea, I founded an AI-driven digital marketing agency, where I learned to turn raw data into decisions that compound. I brought that same engine to real estate: an intelligence layer that surfaces opportunity, paired with the underwriting and capital discipline that protects it. Áurea is the culmination of that work, and the beginning of what’s next.
